Tugboat is a labor of love created by Hailey Koart and Zoe Serbin. We love comics and fierce pirate babes so we combined them.
Zoe Serbin is an artist and animator working in LA. She likes sticking her face in cat tummies, poop jokes, and the darkness.
Hailey Koart is a writer, comic connoisseur, and Tall Girl. She is currently studying to be a scary lawyer at UCLA.
